Regarding size errors
Sponge is flexible, the size will be more or less error due to manual cutting and bindingļ¼2 – 4cm belongs to the normal range and is not a quality problem.
About color difference
Because of different shooting angles, different light, different cloth batches, there will be some color difference with the picture.
Do not machine wash.
This mat is composed of three bonded layers. Machine washing will cause delamination and irreversible damage.
New produce upon arrival, air out the mat in the sun to help the foam regain its original shape and firmness. No washing is required.
For daily maintenance, clean local stains with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Allow to air dry completely.
About the smell
Since our products are all hot-selling products, they were packaged and shipped immediately after they were produced.
Then, the product needs to be sent through a sealed long-term logistics transfer.
Therefore, there may be some smell when you just open the parcel.
However, as long as you put the product in a ventilated place for 2~ 3 days, the smell will disappear by itself.
