Very disappointed that it was not advertised by store how using this item for cooking can be very dangerous- as actually copper needs to be lined first with another metal before cooking with! After 3 uses copper pan discoloured. This item should come with a warning prior to purchase and I would never have bought. I have been quoted from a nearby trade $250-300 to line the copper for kitchen use. Buyer beware!!
